Default Defrag question

Try running disc cleanup before defrag.

It used to be that when I would run defrag on my c:
drive, the whole enchilada would get defragged - but for
the last couple of months there's two files that simply
won't defrag. One of the problems is that I can't tell
exactly which files these are. When I view the report
after an attempt, all the report tells me is that there
are 822 fragments in a file with a size of 182mB, and
that there are 1,698 fragments in a file with a size of
193mB - and that both files are under \Documents and
Settings\David J. McConnell..., but as far as I can tell,
I have no files of this size in any of the folders
contained under this file prefix. This leaves me with
total fragmentation of 12% and file fragmentation of 25%,
which doesn't sound good to me. Is there anything I can
do to get the whole drive defragged ever again, or am I
stuck with this problem?
