Default Mouse Wheel

I have a Microsoft Wireless Keyboard and Mouse linked through a USB
connection. About every other day, the wheel scrolling function stops
working until I reboot. Anyone have any ideas.

First thing is to check the battery or batteries.

On the mouse, if you run 'Microsoft Mouse' you will see the right-most tab
is 'wireless' and on there is a problem wizard.
