Default Interrupts Time Placeholder ???

Hi

Sorry about my english, I'm french and I do my best.
Well, for 4 days, my PC (os = XP Pro, AMD Athlon 2200+, 728 Mo RAM, HD
= 80 Go, ...) is going very slow, freeze, after a variable time
(sometimes it start as the boot, sometimes after 2 hours of use). No
virus, no spyware, ... I already check all that.
Here is the result with a Taskinfo log :
[Process Pane]

What does it mean ? What I have to do ? I don't know what Interrupts
Time Placeholder are and what is the solution ?
Thank you for your help,
