New windows opening BEHIND existing windows
I don't know why, but for the last few days, when I launch an app.,
the new window opens behind an existing window. The new window flashes orange in the Taskbar and I have to click it 3 times before it comes to the front. The first click seems to do nothing, the 2nd click seems to minimize the window, the 3rd click put's the window on top. Any ideas please. Thanks Pete |

Thanks Pete I should also mention that the same happens when swapping between open windows. i.e. it takes 3 clicks to bring an existing window to the front. Pete |

I solved the problem by changing the HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop\ForegroundLockTimeout to 10 It had somehow been set to zero and not the default value of 200000 http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pro....mspx?mfr=true - Jørgen - Jørgen |
