Default Does W10 have a media creation tool?

Only finding the w8 version on DuckDuckGo

Or is just better to use the download ISO link?

That downloads the whole stink' ISO! I already did that.

I was looking for the media creation tool. Did I miss
something?

How could a 17.6 MB download be the entire ISO?

When you click on the Download link, what file is proposed for delivery?
For me its MediaCreationTool.exe.

Oh, you know what, I forgot to spoof my Linux Browser.
I lied and told it I was Windows. And that fixed the
issue!

The Creation Tool allows you to create a USB or ISO. You could try the
older Windows 7 USB Download Tool, or freeware like Rufus or USB MultiBoot.
