No, telnet is not a programming tool.Â* Nor is it a conspiracy theory,
freeware, Ubuntu software, Windows 7 software or Windows 10 software
(even though there are telnet implementations available freely, Ubuntu
has both clients and servers in its repositories, and Windows has a crap
version with its OS).

Look it up on Wikipedia, then don't get back to us about it - anyone
else who wants to know what Telnet actually is can look it up there too.

When someone makes a post in a Usenet group, it may or may not be on
topic for that original group.Â* But it is almost always an annoyance to
everyone when someone cross-posts a reply to a half-dozen other groups.
Reply to posts if you have something useful to say, but for the sake of
the entire Usenet community, stop adding new groups to the replies.
