Why? timo heikkilä . I used the 40.72 with no problems at all. I now use the 43.45, though it is not WHQL, it nevertheless works like a charm, and actually, I have seen an improvemnet in the RAM being used as opposed to the others. I have found that I got the same messages as you did when trying to remove the earlier drivers to install the newer ones, only to get the message that they are back. All you need to do is uninstall them from that add/remove programs, and you're good to go when updating to a newer version. |
