digital camera problem

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but suddenly I can't download
(acquire) pictures from my Vivicam 30. Have uninstalled and re-intalled the
driver plus software 3 times as well as done 3 system restores. It was
working fine until a couple of days ago. It is Windows XP compatible. Any
direction is appreciated. thanks.

If it came with software I'd reinstall that software (in addition to the
driver). You can also visit Vivicam's web site for assistance - I bet
someone has seen this problem before.

I had a card reader stop being recognized, not matter how many times in
uninstalled and reinstalled. I finally uninstalled one more time,
disconnected the card reader (like it was never there), then back-dated
(restored to a previous state) to a time several days before it quite being
recognized. Then I went through the reinstallation again as if it had never
been attached. It then worked correctly.
