Invalid Callee

When running a piece of propietary software on this XP
machine I get the following error message:

Automation Error, Invalid Callee
-2147352560(80020010)

Through research on line I have found this to be a problem
with Site Server, NT V4.0 Option Pck and NT Server 4.0.
None of these programs are running on this machine (to my
knowledge).

This software is running on many other machines, no
problems with both W98 and XP.

HELP!
