Default Unable to install internal modem

My internal modem was working fine and I was able fax. After re-installed XP
on my computer, the modem is not showing up and when I try to install from
the list of modems (56000bps modem), there is no port visible in the list of
ports.

Did you look for drivers from the model manufacturer's website?

After the reinstall, did you download and install the motherboard utility
drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's website?
