How are you doing on finding that evidence of voter fraud? Remember that? Char, I suspect you are only interested in ideological talking points, ad hominem attacks, your racist agenda and unsubstantiated accusations. I believe you've attributed to me that which you see in yourself. I haven't done any of those things, but you have. I've called you out numerous times already in this thread. Turning it around and pretending that it wasn't you simply won't work. I expect better of you. However, giving you the benefit of the doubt, you can obtain a copy of this monograph, as did I, through a subscription held by the public library. Or, you can spend the $19.95 to purchase it directly. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science...61379414000973 Its pedigree seems to be highly suspect. Can you do better? Char, when it comes to political debates, you have proven yourself to be a one trick pony, if it isn't an ad hominem attack or another form of lie used to advance your agenda, you would have nothing to say. Resultantly, I am not surprised you would denigrate the "pedigree" of the journal "Electoral Studies", as that serves your purpose. You present nothing which refutes the study, nothing that shows the journal itself is disreputable, nothing that factually impugns the veracity of the research, the integrity of the methodology or the objectivity of the authors. You simply use a broad brush, dipped in feces, in an Alinsky-like attempt to squelch any information you find contrary to your agenda. There's a boatload of information and impropriety surrounding ScienceDigest and its parent company and Group 'pedigree'. Dipping your net on the suport side appears to be sinking your boat, just like the last one launched on voter fraud. -- ...winston msft mvp windows experience |

You have no idea whether I agree or disagree with what he said, in part or in tot. And I ain't gonna tell yer. You guys really are religious about politics. I don't have any skin in your game, I merely observe from the sidelines. Nope, you guys attack each other the way religious fanatics attack each other. Ad hominems, deliberate misreadings, unsound and invalid inferences, attribution of hidden agendas, contemptuous use of labels, insults, and above all the refusal treat each other as people of goodwill trying to come to some understanding about what might actually work. You don't want to increase understanding, you want to crush your opposition. As Mercutio said, A pox on both your houses! On the voter ID issue, I've several times referred you to the Canadian system, which works very well, and once I even described it for you. No one has actually considered that it might, just might, work for you, too. And no one has explained why _States_ are allowed to regulate _Federal_ voting, although I've indicated I'm puzzled. And I am gonna tell yer what I think about that arrangement: It's system guaranteed to produce corruption. Typical defense, turn it around on the other guy. LOL! Have a good day wallowing in your bull**** Wolfie. |

If the polls are right, the majority of people don't like/want either one. What irritates me is, those same people will still vote for one of them, rather than some 3rd party candidate, then sit around and bitch because nothing changes. If enough people voted for a 3rd party candidate, such as Norman and myself plan to do, someone would notice, especially if the undesired winner didn't even get 50% of the vote. -- Ken Mac OS X 10.8.5 Firefox 44.0 Thunderbird 38.0.1 "My brain is like lightning, a quick flash and it's gone!" |
