Default Monitor Error Message

I recently updated my motherboard, CPU, and video card and use XP. After
installing video card, I get an error message in a box that travels all over
the screen that says: Attention Input Not Supported. How do I get rid of
this error message?

Bushbeater, did you install the Graphic Drivers for your new Video Card?
If yes, you might have to adjust the resolution and refresh rate to reflect
the new card.
