Default Can't find old favorites

You maybe putting them in the wrong folder, the favorites are in a folder similar to
this:
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Favorites

I did a new install of XP on same computer that was using
Windows 98. So, I didn't do an upgrade, but installed XP
in a different folder on C. How can I get my internet
Explorer favorites from old \WINDOWS into my new folder
called \WINXP? I've already run the settings transfer
wizard, copied to 2 1.44's, re-run it as the new computer
with the 2 floppys, but still no favorites. Thanks.
