Outlook 10

I want to start writing an email, but this will
take days.

How can I save this as a draft?

Is it, perhaps, saved in Draft already ?

Personal preference, but I never trust any email program to save an important
and long document as a draft. Been burned too many times.
I use notepad or other text editor to compose the letter a bit at a time
then copy and paste the contents to the emailer when done and send.

Yes, this is what I'm doing now, for the Outlook10
system is complicated for the casual user.

Â*Â* Paul

If you are writing a long document, would it not be better to write it
in a word processor, and then print it to a PDF writer?

A word processor is set up to create and save draft documents. In this
way you creation could not be easily changed and you would not have to
worry if the person receiving the document has the proper soft ware to
open the document.
