DVD-ROM very noisy
Has anyone had this problem. I have a new compaq with dvd-rom and the dern
dvd-rom sounds like a jet taking off. I've never had one that sounds like this. Very disconcerting.

Take the computer back to the store and have the DVD ROM drive replaced.
