Default Termination Error with as scsi card and a sony tape drive

We have a SCSI card connected to a sony tape drive (SDT-11000) When the pc
is turned on an error message appears with "insufficient termination
detected on the SE connectors. We have checked the jumpers on the back of
the tape drive but the message still appears. Does any one know how to solve
this?
Many Thanks
Owen

Is the tape drive internal or external?

What type of SCSI cable are you using?
