Default Free DVD Decoder

When I had WinME installed I was able to watch DVD movies on my system. I
remember downloading a program/plug-in for free that allowed me to do so.
Now that I've upgraded (clean install) to XP Home, I am having the same
problem of no decoder being found.

Where can I find a free DVD Decoder for my new XP OS?

Your DVD player should have come with such a software player, also many
graphics cards include them.

small for a player .
