Default Ca n't install Microsoft Micosoft Office Outlook2003 Junk Email Fi

I'm completely baffled as to why I can't install the most recent update for
Microsoft Outlook , A Junk Email filter. There is some setting that is
blocking the successful installation. I don't know where to start to try to
troubleshoot the problem. I have enabled Java script.

Many thanks and sincere gratitude to anyone who takes the time to answer my
query.
Sincerely,
Chris

I'm completely baffled as to why you posted your drivel here. What
does this have to do with hardware?
