Default Foreground Window ("always on top")

Hello,
Does it exist a way to have an application window (e.g. one Excel window)
"always on top" of other windows ? (some tools feature a small window than
cannot be hidden)
Many thanks for your help

Hi Jean-Luc,

There are utilities. I didn't check many to see if there are free
options, but Googling, "always on top" came up with a lot of hits.
