Default File Delete confirmation prompt missing?

Hi All,

W-10-pro x64 build 1709

I am on remote assistance with a customer right now.
Whenever I delete a file in Windows Explorer (not IE),
I notice that I am not getting the ubiquitous "yes|no"
prompt. This seems a bit "odd".

Hi Andy,

Thank you!

And right under my nose too. I wonder why I thought
that would be hard coded? Maybe because this is the
first time I have not been prompted.
