Default Need A Screen Recorder.

Not a video recorder, but what is on the screen as I mouse around so I
can record tutorials for my friends. like what folks do when they
record tutorials that they upload to yoo-toob.

Free desirable but paid may be acceptable.

Maybe "screencasting" ?

There are some that have special effects, like highlighting a circular
area of the screen and the like.

This one has an editor for post-processing. This is commercial.

You probably DO want a video recorder. If it's just images, a
sequence of ALT-PrintScreen and paste into Paint (or whatever) will
suffice for a slideshow tutorial.
There was a long thread here a few days ago. You must have
missed it.

You must be the only one here with very little intelligence who can't

You must be the only one here that thinks that a text NEEDS to
be sent to Microsoft to "check if it has a virus". They get your
thoughts, you get their "security".
Never were the brightest troll, were you ?
