Sharing Files - Picturs can't open in Microsoft Picture Manager?

Hi,
I can't open pictures in sharing folders with Microsoft Picture Manager -
jpg and gif has been assigned. But Microsoft Picture Manager just pop up with
alert and then close. Sometimes it show the picture - strange.

I think it has something to do with permissions, but I don't know!

The problem is only in Live Messenger!

Hope someone can help me!
