Default Search for a contact

When I go into tools, add a contact and check search for a contact, I enter
first and last name as well as country and every time it comes up with the
message "Your search failed for an unknown reason. Please try again later"

Can anyone help??

Greetings Mauler,

I'm afraid the backend for this feature has long since been shut down. Indeed, in the latest
versions of Messenger this feature doesn't even exist in the menus.
