Greetings Tony,

What exactly happens when you try to remove it? As a "quick remove" you can just remove the
\Program Files\MSN Messenger folder if you want.

THank you for the reply. If I go to remove programs and click on remover 7.0
a window pops up"windows installer" after about 3 minutes another window
opens and states the following: "this patch could not be opened, verify that
the patch package exists then and that you can access it, or contact the
vendor and verify that this is a valid Windows installer" Then nothing else
happens.
Thanks Again! Tony
