Default virus?

When I turn on my webcam in Yahoo Messenger, my pc starts opening all of my
Windows Live Messenger contacts.

I guess I have some 'nasty' lurging somewhere. Is there a way to find it and
remove it?

hi stephen, im not to sure if it would be a virus causing this but it may
well be if you download this tool from microsoft...
http://www.microsoft.com/security/ma...e/default.mspx and let it run a
full scan whilst you dont use any programs then it should pick up and remove
any viruses. Its free and i have used it quite a few times and it has been
very good. Thanks 2 microsoft for the tool and good luck stephen, matt320
