Default Reinstallation restrictions

I've got a Net Top PC with Windows 7 on it. The PC's faulty and I'll be
getting a refund. However I won't be able to return the Windows 7 so that
will go on another PC in time (I hope). Are there any restrictions which
would stop me from installing and activating my Windows 7 on a new PC in
future?

TIA.

Rog.

ROg,
If it is a OEM installation (came with the machine, not purchased by you
separately) then it is supposed to be restricted to the machine it came on.
If you bought it as a boxed item then you can move it to another machine. If
it has already been registered you MAY get a message saying something about
it already being registered and providing a telephone number to call, you
say it is being installed on another machine because the first machine
failed, they give you another number to type in. Actually works pretty well.
