Please locate the Error Report in Event Viewer and post a copy.
You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, and Event Viewer. A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from Event Viewer. -- Hope this helps. What is the external disk make and model?
Are the Event ID: 51 one off errors or do they recur at regular intervals? Research suggests that was certain drives disabling sleep mode with Free Agent tools can resolve the problem? Where have you located pagefiles on your system? -- Hope this helps. Try this. The second workaround needs the Free Agent to be connected to
a Windows machine. In the Seagate FreeAgent Tools application utility, users should select Utilities, then set the Adjust Drive Sleep Interval option to Never. Another click on the Apply button will solve the issue permanently. Source: http://news.softpedia.com/news/The-F...ce-73520.shtml -- Hope this helps.
