Create a new folder on your desktop, download SP2 into that new folder,
then record the downloaded SP2 executable file to a CD.

Warning Service Pack 2

Just wanted to let others know that I un-installed
Service Pack 2 because it still has bugs to be worked
out. After I purchased more memory for my computer I
talked to Microsoft and they told me that another patch
for Service Pack 2 will be out shortly. My Computer kept
freezing up on my while I tried to use Media Programs and
E-Mail programs. Just wanted to let others know not to be
in a hurry to Download Service Pack 2 .
