Default How to Disable Dial-up connection

How do you prevent other users from seeing your dial-up connections and
creating new ones?

Thanks

Hi ,

I found the following case study which deals with similar issue, it
requires the use of Group policies

See the below section for more details:

Thanks, but these cases does not apply, although very informative. I'm using
WinXP home edition and I am not connected to any network or server to set
group policies.

I want to setup an user account as limited but I want to take away their
dial-up connection rights and I dont want to use the guest profile option.

Any Ideas? I was thinking along the lines of registry modification, since
the options are limited.

I'm actually using WinXP Professional and not the home edition.
