Default Cannot access home network

I used the networking wizard on my home computer and
established a default workgroup of MSHOME. When clicking
on "My Network Places" to see the attached computers, I
get a message, "Mshome is not accessible. You might not
have permission to use this network resource. Contact
the administrator.....".

I am connected to a Wireless Broadband Router by cable to
the hub portion. My other computer, a laptop, has no
problem seeing itself on the network. What is happening?
What can I do? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
