Video appears to have the blues???

Not a newcomer to XP at all and having a good one.
Recently, the colors have become incorrect in the sense
that it leaves a blue tint to everything on the monitor.
Checked the monitor's settings - nothing changed. Checked
a known working monitor - same results. Checked the video
card drivers - current - reinstalled them - same results.
Speakers are 2 feet away from the monitor. There are no
custom color settings. My current thought is the video
card is dying - any thoughts???
