Fax won't receive
Hi,
I am very new at this so please be patient with me. I have windows XP pro. I can send with microsoft fax but cannot receive a fax. I have a seperate phone line for the fax capabilities only ( through my computer) I also have cable for internet. I am sure i t is a config issue, but I just cannot seem to make it work. Any help appreciated. Kitty

Have you configured Fax for automatic reception? If so, can you tell us what

Yes the program is set to auto reveive fax. Also, I have Norton anti-virus. I was reading some of the post and saw that , that could be part of the problem.
