Default too much network activity after installing SP2

I'm using a new IBM desktop computer, after installing service pack 2, I
noticed two much network activity going out from the computer to the network.
I activated the log and I noticed this in the log

2005-03-28 19:11:20 OPEN TCP 191.0.0.200 191.0.61.147 4768 445 - - - - - - - -
2005-03-28 19:11:20 OPEN TCP 191.0.0.200 191.0.68.104 4769 445 - - - - - - - -
..
..
..
2005-03-28 19:12:41 CLOSE TCP 191.0.0.200 191.0.180.156 4178 445 - - - - - -
- -
2005-03-28 19:12:41 CLOSE TCP 191.0.0.200 191.0.226.102 4175 445 - - - - - -
- -

this activity is almost killing my network and servers.
