Keeps saying my virtual memory is low/ but i have
increased my memory by 256 in the last week, it tells me
to change my paging files or something- but I don't have
any clue what to change them too!

Hello
It means you have a software problem and not a hardware problem.

Maybe a page file in use by some other program. Or even a virus. Might want
to check out your task manager and see what task is hogging resources.

You can also run adaware to check for spyware that might be using page file
resources.

This happens when you let computer run for a long time. Just restart and you'll be okay.
