Problem downloading Compatibility Pack for XP 2003 -
I am trying to download the Compatibility Pack for XP 2003. I have run all
of the MS updates, but when I download this it says that "another version of this product is already installed", but I do not see another similar product. also, I have deleted any MSXML codes per the security update. thanks
