0x8000301 Msn Error and I cant Log In

Wondered if anyone could help me Every time i log in to
Msn Messenger 6.1 I always get an error message
0x81000301, its driving me crazy ive been to a couple of
site and done what they have said but nothing is helping
ive unistalled and reinstalled, and tons of other stuff
but nothing is working please can anyone help
