Default how to delete posts

I"ve posted a question here (cd drives missing) and Im still getting answers
and dont need any answers anymore. I am still getting them after all thes
months so how do I delete the posts after I get my answers. Thanks..

You can't. This is a public newserver so get answers at any time. You are under no obligation to
reply to them unless you want to, just ignore them if you wish

As someone else said, you can't. This is the world-wide public Usenet
system, and not a forum on the MS website. They only provide a web
interface for it.

All of these posts are archived @ Google Groups, is searchable, and are
kept to help other people out that may have had the same problem as you.

You cannot delete posts.

You are using CDO, so you cannot do much of anything.

Just the facts

It's almost as bad as saying something mean to your wife--it is never
forgotten. Plus it is subject to come back to you at any instant. I've had
a couple of posts AND wife-remarks I wish I could erase! s
