cannot login due to error 0xC00000BB

Default cannot login due to error 0xC00000BB

i have trouble logging in to Windows XP SP2 on domain.
When I try to log, I
have this error "server authenticating you reported an error (0XC00000BB). I
tried to unplug network cable and then be able to login..
However, i have the script that need to run during log on and need to
plug-in network cable.
Anyone knows how to fix this problem??
