alcohol is another drug that can do it too

No, they don't.

Yes, they do. Intravenous drip, a saline solution.
People walk in sick and dehydrated, walkout feeling good and hydrated.

If you have access to clean water, salt will hydrate you.
Oddly, you say the opposite happens.

There are three white deaths: salt, sugar and fat...

What's the best way to flush out all poison from the body? I am

the only way to deal with it?

Terrible stomach ache and constant visit to the toilet. Can't even work
on Windows 10 machine.

Yes, Windows 10 sometimes has that effect on me. Go back to Windows 7 ;-)

Seriously, keep drinking to replace lost fluid, ideally with a *little* bit
of salt in the water if you can tolerate it, to make up for lost salts. If
it lasts for more than a couple of days, go to the doctor if you can leave
the house for long enough.

No amount of drinking fixed me even after four pints of beer but it
was more fun than staring at a screen.

I eventually finished up in hospital on a re hydration drip.

The present and thus the future is not *fixed* or set
in place until it is observed.

Even that fake physicist, kensi, probably knows this.
