I have a problem with this device. Every time I reset a computer the tape
disapears from removable storage libraries. I need to uninstall the driver
and then reinstall it to show in there. And it does not recoknize any media
inserted. windows shows device working ok every time regarding if it's
showing in removable storage or not. the other backup softs work ok with the
tape ntbackup not. i'd like to get the ntbackup working what can I do?
