You won't have trouble finding recent posts - and you'll have a much
better experience overall - if you read this newsgroup and all newsgroups the way they were intended to be read: with a newsreader. "Setting up Outlook Express Newsreader" http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/ou...snewreader.htm "Accessing MS Newsgroups with Outlook Express" http://www.gmayor.com/MSNews.htm You can also search for your post in Google Groups, but that's not much better than Microsoft's clunky web interface. --- Leonard Grey Errare humanum est Davey wrote: How can I find my recent post. Do yourself a favor and quit using that lame excuse for a web interface for nntp newsgroups and use a newsreader. You have one that came with Windows XP, it's called Outlook Express. Though there are others that are available and can be found by using Google and searching for newsreaders. To set up OE for newsgroups read this article: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/...ups/howto.mspx Note that in step #9 they show how to subscribe to the Internet Explorer newsgroup. You can subscribe to others in the same manner, just change what you're searching for. For example windowsxp would show all the newsgroups for Windows XP. Wonderful! Did you finally look in the newsgroup you originally asked the
question in? -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP [Mail] Imperial Beach, CA "Davey" wrote in message ... Issue Resolved! "Davey" wrote: How can I find my recent post. I raised a question yesterday and cannot find it or any response. I received the normal prompt it was received, but I cannot find it. |
