Pocket MSN on Windows 5 mobile

I have Pocket MSN on my Motorola Q running Windows 5 over Verizon. The MSN
Messenger and MSN Hotmail services have stopped. The error messeage is:

"Sign-in to MSN Messenger Service failed becasue the service is not
responding. Try again later."

Anybody know the solution?
