![]() Alright, I have tried everything on the net to get my networked "worked" out... Anyway, Here is my problem: I have a home network with 3 machines- 2 XP machines and 1 Win 7. I swapped out an older XP machine with a new WIN 7 machine. After changing everything under the sun(sometimes not waiting long enough I think to let setting take effect) to get them all to communicate. PC#1) XPMike ETHERNET 2) WIN7 KIM WIRELESS 3) XPsunflower WIRELESS 99% of the time PC 1 and 2 see each other and share all folders. MOST of the time PC #1 & 3 do also. MOST of the time #2 and 3 do not. RIght now PC #2 can see and acces shared folders on #3. #3 Doesn't see #2 at all or the shared folders. I finally got frustrated and downloaded Network Magic to see if it would help me get this sorted out to no avail. It follows along with the same access that Windows shows with the machine software(accessability-wise). Oddly PC #1 & 2 see each other and share no matter what options I change.I have tried Advance file share on the XP's also and still didn't change anything(after disabling simple share) and re enabling simple share.Right now Simple share is actually turned off the XP machines. I have made exceptions in the firewalls on both.I tried the network set up Wizard with a USB flash and countless other things that have not worked. I am finally now asking for help to get the home office buttoned up and reduce issues in the future... I also have attached some info below and can provide anything else needed to get me through this. Now, Please accept my thanks in advance!
