Fax_CDA Error 1706

I recently started getting the following error message: Fax_CDA Error 1706
no valid source could be found for product fax_CDA. The Windows Installer
cannot continue. Can anyone help me fix this problem?

Background...I have an HP All-in-One Printer Fax and I recently had to
re-install it.
