Hello I Too am suffering from Computer Freeze.
I am not at all Tech minded, but have found out the following: I have 37.31GB used - 17.7 free - 20.13 The RAM Memory under task manager is total - 372732 limit - 558968 peak - 368012 I have Norton Security (including go-back), and run scans regulary, nothing is ever found! If you have any advice I would be most grateful. If you need me to find info, please give me step-by-step instructions |

The copy of the Error Report most likely does not relate to your freezing. Did you look in the Application log? Do you have a Desktop or Laptop? -- Hope this helps. You have insufficient memory. You really need 512 mb. Your system is using the pagefile quite a bit. Your machine would be better without Norton Internet Security. I would replace it with: AVG 7.5 Freeware for anti-virus http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5 and Windows Defender (also free) for anti-spyware http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...en&mg_id=10134 -- Hope this helps. Can I purchase more memory on the internet, or is this something that needs to be installed? (sorry not a techie!) 1 more thing you might be able to help me with is, when i log on my Lap-top takes about 4-5mins to start. The windows installer Box pops up and says 'preparing to install', this is what takes ages, not sure what it's installing? it used to say coping pgs to pgs (or somthing like that) but that box doesn't come up any more just the loading box? Maybe you can try tuneup360, i was suffering the same problems with you, and my friends recommended me to have a try at tuneup360, and it really solve my PC problems!
