Uninstall Problem

I am trying to uninstall a program and the uninstaller
tells me it can not remove because a file is missing.
When I delete the directory with all its' files it causes
me to have errors in programs that are linked to the
software I am trying to remove. The software is a viewer
software (ACDSee) and it is linked somehow in Win
Explorer when I double click on folders to open them.

Reinstall the program, then go to Add/Remove Programs in your
Control Panel to uninstall it.
