....of Limited User accounts in XP Pro, without having to ask the users
for their password?
I have created Limited user accounts for friends and have not needed to
know their passwords, but now there are some IE settings I want to
change for when they are logged on.
I guess I could just reset their password, but I thought I might be able
to just have a peek at their passwords, log in, change the settings I
require and log off.
Ideas anyone...?

Make modifications in the registry

The actual passwords are not even stored in the system.
There is no way they can be obtained except from the
person or with snoopware when the person uses them.

I would like to change IE options - can you point me to a website that
shows me how to change these settings please.

I myself do not know of a site precisely because it
discusses the reg settings, but . . .

Sandi's could be a good starting point
http://www.mvps.org/inetexplorer/
and do not overlook other IE MVP's sites
http://www.mvps.org/links.html#InternetExplorer

Of course, there are IE newsgroups . . .
