Outlook Express Spell Check
We just set up a customer with Win XP SP3
with all service packs. She cannot get her spell check to work. All the options are cheked in OE. Is there anything we are missing? -- Member - Liberal International This is Ici God, Queen and country! Beware Anti-Christ rising! Birthdate: 29 Jan 1969 Redhill Surrey England |

Birthdate: 29 Jan 1969 Redhill Surrey England OE 6 does not come with it's own spell check. You need Word or an MS Office program, pre 2007. The spell checker in Works 4 through 6 will work with OE, but not other editions. If you do not have such a program, you can download a free spell check at one of these sites. Vampirefo Spell Check. Outlook Express Spell Check
Outlook Express has always used the spell checker from Microsoft Word.
No Word--no spell check. (And in the case of Word 2007 it doesn't matter because Word 2007's spell checker doesn't work with Outlook Express.) Your solution is to Google for a third party spell checker that integrates with Outlook Express. --- Leonard Grey Errare humanum est The Doctor wrote: We just set up a customer with Win XP SP3 with all service packs.
