Runtime Error 5 at 010E7084--- HELP!

I'm having the same exact problem and haven't figured it
out yet...only thing i see is it happens during winlogon
perhaps during authentication? I've seen other users
post on the same type problem but no answers yet...keep
looking...HELP

Have been using XP Pro on a Pentium 4 machine for about a
year with no big problems. Two days ago my system

comes up with the error message above, the HELP! is not
part of the error message. If I click on the OK button to
close the message, it closes but returns within 3-5
seconds, usually with a duplicate, both the exact same
message and reference. Can somebody tell me what's going
on
