Default LSA Shell export version error

LSA Shell export version error. Am running on a high
speed connection service (lan), windows xp professional,
version 2002, service pack 1, 538 mhz, 128 mgb ram, 1.4
gb free space, 92% optimization, network card is
pingable, ping time average is 10 milliseconds, but, it
takes up to 14 minutes for each window to open. Ant
suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have something installed called "Benign" from Firetrust? If yes,
the error message is related to its use and the presence of a particular
version of Zone Alarm and when using WinXP. Found an interesting thread
about this using Google.com. May want to take a look to decide how
